Provide Simplified/Traditional Chinese handwriting input method

Many Chinese users are not skillful in typing Chinese characters with virtual keyboard, and hence handwriting input method is particularly important to engage mass Chinese markets. The handwriting input method should support both Simplified and Traditional Chinese characters, English & numeric characters, and should include full UTF-8 character set (i.e. include Hong Kong specific characters).
